What is a Lutron QS shade?
Sivoia QS is Lutron's line of motorized shades. The wired version links shades, keypads, GRAFIK Eye QS controls and power supplies on one communication link. QS Wireless uses Lutron's Clear Connect RF instead of wires.
My QS shades all stopped at once. What causes that?
When a whole group fails at once, the cause is usually power or communication, not the motors: a failed power supply, a wiring fault on the QS link, or a lost link after a surge. We trace the link and fix the root cause.
Can you re-program my Lutron QS system?
Yes. We restore shade addressing, presets, groups and keypad assignments, and we re-integrate the shades with RadioRA, HomeWorks or third-party control systems.
Can you reset a single QS shade to factory default?
Yes. We can reset a single Sivoia QS shade and re-assign it to the system without disturbing the other shades.
